About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our team at ABB, a leading global technology company. As a project manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers in the medium voltage product segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from tender to delivery, ensuring quality and deliverables within agreed deadlines.
  • Act as a link between end customers, engineering consulting, contractors, sales, ABB production, and local ABB units.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in customer and factory meetings to clarify customer needs.
  • Create and manage project plans, follow-up, and coordinate activities within factory and customers.
  • Secure customer approvals during project execution.
  • Participate in Factories Acceptance Test with customer.
  • Responsible for site installation and customer handover.
  • Support the sales team as a technical expert.
Requirements
  • Education as an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or similar, and at least 2 years of experience in project management/coordination.
  • Ability and motivation to deliver projects in close collaboration.
  • Calm and positive attitude, with a belief that there is always a solution.
  • Professionally, knowledge of protection relays and control systems, but deep knowledge at specialist level is not required.
  • Ability to ensure proper alignment of expectations, including clarification of tasks, and identify and minimize potential risks in a project/contract.
  • Desire and ability to proactively drive dialogue with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent listening skills, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to think outside the box and try out new ideas.
  • Desire to learn new things.
