COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER

Kommercielt og økonomisk ansvar for kontraktstyring og projektledelse af store anlægsprojekter, der bidrager til vigtige områder i den grønne omstilling

Evida er en markant aktør i energibranchen, og i stor udvikling både som virksomhed og som væsentlig medspiller i den grønne omstilling inden for såvel biogas, CO2 og Brint.

Som en naturlig følge af Evida’s udvikling mod en mere kommerciel tilgang til indkøb, er der behov for en dygtig Commercial Project Manager. Du træder ind i en relativt nydefineret funktion med en central placering i Strategisk Indkøb, og med reference til Indkøbschefen. Du får en unik position i understøttelsen af den fortsatte rejse imod en skarpere og mere kommercielt orienteret sigtbarhed i måden hvorpå man sikrer og driver kontraktstyring og projektledelse i Evida.

Som ny Commercial Project Manager i Evida bliver du kommerciel sparringspartner, rådgiver og kontraktuel forhandlingsleder på store anlægsprojekter. Dit ansvar og dine opgaver vil derfor tage udgangspunkt i følgende 3 kerneområder:

Kommerciel projektledelse

  • Daglig kommerciel drift af projekterne, herunder sikre kontraktmæssig dækning for planlagte og løbende krav
  • Identificere, analysere og udvikle kontraktstrategier for at håndtere kommercielle risici
  • Være ansvarlig for kontraktplanlægning for projekter og levere kommerciel ekspertise og strategisk rådgivning til ledergruppen

Contract Management

  • Ansvarlig for implementering af kontraktstyringsmetoder samt udarbejdelse, gennemgang og forhandling af kontraktlige krav
  • Proaktiv styring af aftaler, forpligtelser, forudsætninger, antagelser, forventninger og målsætninger relateret til en specifik kontrakt mellem leverandør, klient og evt. underleverandør(er)
  • Sikre at de økonomiske aspekter og virkningen af en kontrakt er klar for alle parter

Processer, rapportering og optimering

  • Udarbejdelse af contract management planer samt periodiske rapporter om kommerciel og kontraktmæssig status
  • Udarbejde kommerciel og kontraktmæssig KPI-overvågning- og rapportering
  • Støtte centrale kommercielle initiativer, herunder gennemgang og udvikling af kommercielle processer ved behov

Vi forestiller os at du har følgende faglige kvalifikationer:

  • Solid grundlæggende økonomisk og/eller juridisk baggrund, kombineret med flere års erfaring med kontraktuel, økonomisk og kommerciel styring af komplekse projekter – optimalt inden for større bygge- eller anlægsprojekter, men kan også være fra andre komplekse projektinvesteringer inden for f.eks. infrastruktur, IT, forsyning, grøn energi e.l.
  • Du har stor forståelse for projektledelse, og er velbevandret når det kommer til claim management, projektbudgettering, økonomistyring af risici, muligheder og krav
  • Det er en fordel med kendskab til aftale- og kontraktret samt AB-paradigmerne
  • Naturligt flair for IT, dvs. højt niveau i Excel og Powerpoint samt god erfaring med rapporterings- og projektstyringsværktøjer

Det forventes desuden at du:

  • Er en stærk kommunikator som kommunikerer effektivt på alle niveauer
  • Har en naturlig autoritet, gennemslagskraft og selvstændighed som skinner igennem, og kommer til udtryk i forhandlingssituationer med entreprenører, klienter og underleverandør(er)
  • Trives i en rolle med en stor kontaktflade i det daglige, og formår at koordinere mange sideløbende projekter uden at miste fokus på de enkelte opgaver
