Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our Global Office in Copenhagen, serving as the process owner and dedicated to providing exceptional service to stakeholders.
- Drive innovative and high-quality sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Take co-ownership of designing, developing, and managing our recruitment products, covering global recruitment policies, processes, and systems, ensuring they are streamlined and effective.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure best-in-class advisory to hiring managers and functional leaders, fostering strong partnerships and seamless communication channels.
- Raise the bar on hiring world-class talent by continuously refining our recruitment practices and leveraging industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Global Talent and Performance and Reward on key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy across the organization's goals and objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or similar.
- A bachelor's or master's degree within Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology, Marketing, Strategy, or similar.
- Ability to operate at pace in an evolving and fast-developing organisation.
- Structure and ability to organise your priorities in an efficient and effective way.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
