About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in building a diverse workforce that will drive our business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for Lundbeck's business areas.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and People & Culture Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs and ensure our recruitment efforts are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and activities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agency partners and preferred supplier lists, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
  • Use effective sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines and leverage our employer brand at all touchpoints.

About You

We are looking for a highly structured and organized individual with a positive mindset, who is able to work efficiently and prioritize multiple projects, candidates, and activities. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including a mix of in-house experience from a global matrix organization and external agency experience.

You are able to create trusting and credible relationships with hiring managers at all levels, including experience influencing and collaborating with executive and senior stakeholders in an international setting. Fluency in English is required, and experience with sourcing techniques and psychometric assessments is an advantage.
