Job Responsibilities

The Financial Communications Manager will be responsible for preparing company announcements as well as materials for conference calls, investor roadshows and capital market days. This requires staying on top of Novo Nordisk's business, including financial performance, research and development activities, production, commercial market dynamics and competitive environment as well as strategies and initiatives within Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

The manager will also travel with executive management and on their own to meet investors and analysts in connection with quarterly results announcements and investor conferences across the world. Traveling up to 30 days per year is expected.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and trust with external and internal stakeholders.
