For denne stilling søger vi efter følgende kvalifikationer:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 års erfaring som IT-projektleder (måske fra konsulentbranchen) samt flair og interesse for det kommercielle aspekt af rollen">
  • Gennemslagskraft og evnen til at påvirke synspunkter og udfordre ideer">
  • Evnen til at navigere på alle ledelsesniveauer og i forretningsdialoger">
  • Gode kommunikative evner på både dansk og engelsk">
  • Erfaring med agile metoder og projektledelsesværktøjer">
  • Øje for organisatorisk forankring under og efter projektet">
  • Mobilitet og indstilling på at nogle arbejdsdage er on-site hos kunderne">
  • Relevante projektledercertificeringer og erfaring med projektledelse inden for Data & AI-løsninger er et plus, men ikke et must">
  • Lyst til over tid at lede større programmer på tværs af flere business units og lande i twoday">
