About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our Global Procurement Organization in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year category plans, procuring software and services, and leading commercial and contractual negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Category Planning: Develop and implement multi-year category plans for assigned categories, including demand planning, strategy creation, and risk management.
  2. Procurement: Procure software and services, focusing on risk management, total cost of ownership, and contract value realization.
  3. Negotiations: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  4. Relationship Management: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop trusting relationships, drive compliance, and adoption of procurement policies.
  5. Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to develop new capabilities, drive relationships, and drive cost- and process improvements.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Law, and 5-8 years of IT Procurement or related Category Management experience. You should have experience in negotiating IT contracts, with an emphasis on software contracts, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
