Strategic Sourcing Manager

Falck Unternehmensgruppe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing projects across countries and business units, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize global spend and drive business value.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management and business units to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic sourcing initiatives.
About You
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, preferably in international organizations or consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic sourcing projects and driving business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
