Service Excellence Project Manager Global Operations & Supply Chain · WS Audiology Denmark A/S

To achieve this, we need a Service Excellence Project Manager to develop and implement strategies for capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge within our organization.

As a key member of our Global Operations & Supply Chain team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate information capture, storage, and retrieval.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize knowledge management initiatives.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, currency, and accessibility of information in our centralized knowledge repository.
  • Establishing guidelines and best practices for knowledge documentation and dissemination.
  • Training and supporting staff in utilizing knowledge management tools and practices effectively.
  • Monitoring and analyzing knowledge usage metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with IT to leverage technology solutions for knowledge management purposes.

  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
  • A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex problems effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement in service quality.
