Senior Project Manager Research

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Research to join our R&D Accessory Development team at WS Audiology Denmark A/S. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading innovation and roadmap projects from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of Electronics engineers, Mechanical Engineers, UX Designers, and sub-suppliers.
- Integration and Alignment: Ensure seamless integration with other projects contributing to the same program.
- Communication and Motivation: Clearly communicate project goals, set team expectations, and motivate individual team members to deliver on time and within scope.
- Risk Management: Regularly generate project status reports and manage project risks.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Quality Management: Deliver high-quality documentation in accordance with the WSA Quality Management System.
- Professional Excellence: Maintain a professional approach to achieving high-quality deliverables.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, with hands-on experience in hardware development.
- Hardware Background: Preferably experience with wireless and small battery-driven devices.
- Project Management Expertise: Solid experience guiding hardware initiatives, especially within the realm of medical device innovation.
- Project Execution: Experience with project disciplines such as planning, budgeting, risk analysis, and reporting.
- Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, Prince2, PMP) preferred.
- Outsourcing and Cultural Understanding: Experience in outsourcing and a keen understanding of Asian cultures.
- Initiative: Actively spearheads projects, ensuring their steady progression.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrates a keen attitude for unraveling complex situations and strategically finding solutions.
- Communication: Adept at mediating conversations that encourage unity and joint problem-solving among all stakeholders.
- Team Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
