In this role, you will oversee the Upgrades product portfolio for the designated business. Your responsibilities will include managing product strategy (including a 3-year plan), product roadmaps, product lifecycle, product sales growth, and profitability.

This position involves leading category potential analysis for Ice Cream Upgrades to understand the service opportunity for the different components of the portfolio. You will collect Customer Solution Needs, in collaboration with Services Portfolio and Market, and translate CSN's into product development needs.

You will participate in Upgrades product development, together with our development partners and deliver the product releases according to the agreed roadmap. Life cycle management for the assigned product portfolio will also be a key responsibility, deciding on the product portfolio strategy based on the product business performance measures.

Key aspects of this role include driving product deployment in markets, developing product business plans in close collaboration with Services Portfolio, Market Operations and Upgrades product specialists. Establishing and monitoring product key performance measures is also crucial.

Additional responsibilities include defining clear commercial guidelines and framework, pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements etc, in accordance with services product portfolio guidelines. Promotion, sales material, technical documentation and product plans must be in place.

A strong communication and stakeholder management skillset is required, as well as excellent English skills, both written and spoken. You should be able to build trust at different levels, listening and influencing. A structured mindset will enable you to understand the market and prioritize effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Background in both engineering and sales
  • Competence in Ice Cream Processing technology and a background in Food Processing is a strong merit
  • Product management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
