Job Description

We are seeking an HR Director to support the continuing development and growth of our organization. As HR Director, you will be a strong and close strategic sparring partner to the management team, responsible for employer branding, internal and external education/training, talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, and support/sparring on employer law. You will also have ongoing sparring with middle managers concerning recruitment and development plans. This is a role where you can take great responsibility from day one – and a role that you yourself can help shape and see the results and impact of your efforts. In addition, you will be a member of our senior management team, which consists of our CEO, CFO, and managing directors from the agencies.
