Join Systematic's People & Culture department as a Payroll Administrator and play a key role in shaping our company's financial landscape We're looking for an experienced professional who can drive our payroll process, primarily focusing on Denmark, and take ownership of its success.
About the Role:
- Lead our payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate processing of payroll administration in Denmark.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the Finance Department and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Streamline processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.
What You'll Need:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with extensive experience in payroll administration.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
