About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Administrator to join our Early Clinical Operations team in Måløv, Denmark.

As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the trials in all relevant aspects of study start-up, conduct, documentation, and archiving. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Trial Master Files in accordance with standard operational procedures (SOP) on different trials.

This includes updating and uploading information, indexing and quality control of trial documents in our different IT Clinical systems. You will also be involved in outsourcing processes, trial budgets, and assisting in updating clinical documents such as protocol and protocol amendments.

Additionally, you will support meeting planning and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Trial Master Files in accordance with SOP
  • Update and upload information, index, and quality control trial documents
  • Assist in updating clinical documents such as protocol and protocol amendments
  • Support meeting planning and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Broad administrative experience from supportive roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Flair for using IT systems and knowledge of Trial Master File systems
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, including Excel and Teams
  • Strong team player, able to work independently, and well-structured with a sense for detail
  • Good collaboration skills and a good sense of humor
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
