Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to join our Corporate Product Quality Systems team at H. Lundbeck A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our commercial manufacturing and distribution processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving quality excellence across our global supply network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and facilitate global and local trainings for our quality system, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Prepare, maintain, and develop global guidelines and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluate suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide GMP/GDP training, ensuring our employees are equipped to handle quality-related tasks.
- Support our line of business in various projects, leveraging your expertise to drive quality excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to influence and continuously improve our core quality systems and processes. You will bring your QA experience to the table, driving significant impact on our quality system and processes. Effective collaboration and communication with external and internal partners are essential, requiring strong stakeholder management skills.
About Our TeamOur Corporate Product Quality Systems team is a dynamic and highly skilled group of 12 professionals. We are part of the Corporate Product Quality organization, which comprises approximately 200 employees. Our team is based in Valby HQ, and you will report to the Vice President of Corporate Product Quality Assurance. Some international travel is required, and our daily language is English.
