We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at AJ Vaccines. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in shaping and developing our quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the QA project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Process and System Improvement Facilitation: Support and enhance quality assurance processes by facilitating workshops focused on process improvements, working with systems towards continuous improvement in areas like data management and availability.
- Leadership Support: Support the QA leadership team, providing key support to ensure effective decision-making and implementation of QA strategies.
- LEAN and Six Sigma Initiatives: Apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement across QA processes.
- Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA processes and systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Experience: A strong background in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Familiarity with GMP standards is essential.
- LEAN/Six Sigma: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to lead complex process improvements.
- Workshop Facilitation: Proven experience in facilitating workshops and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Danish and English is required.
- Personal Attributes: A proactive, self-starting individual with the ability to work independently and build a role from the ground up.
