We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk Emerging Technologies. As a key member of our QMS, Training & HS and Safety department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, training, and health and safety across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement initiatives to drive compliance and improve workplace conditions
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as accident investigations, risk assessment, chemical and biological safety, process safety, fire safety, emergency response planning, mental well-being, total employee health and well-being, workplace ergonomics, and physical well-being
- Facilitate internal HS compliance audits in certified areas
- Ensure high-quality data for reporting purposes
- Academic degree within Health & Safety or similar subjects
- Extensive experience in an Health & Safety role
- Gained experience within a highly regulated industry, i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation, food production
- Certification in or solid understanding of ISO45001 and ISO9001
- Full proficiency in English
