Offshore Support Lead

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Regional Service Readiness teams in preparing new Offshore Service sites for operation. This includes providing technical input for site documents and processes, as well as tooling, spares and training readiness.

You will act as a mentor and ambassador for operational excellence within the region, promoting the OneVestas philosophy and ensuring that best practices are implemented across the whole value chain.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Supporting the site team in using Vestas processes and best practices to ensure standardised operations.
  • Managing and prioritising technician workload and providing support to technicians offshore.
  • Preparing and planning service work orders using SAP.
  • Organising vessel transfers in line with weather forecasts.
  • Supporting the site team in planning annual service campaigns, statutory inspections and CIM case/Upgrade implementation.
