Job DescriptionIn this role, you will lead the Aseptic Formulation and Filtration of drug product processes, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting strategic direction for the process to drive business excellence.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Driving continuous process improvements and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
- A degree in engineering or a related field combined with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, including some time in Aseptic GxP production.
- Proven track record of leading projects and portfolios in a global stakeholder landscape.
- Strong leadership and followership skills, with experience creating and driving change initiatives.
- Familiarity with GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English proficiency.
