Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at GlobalConnect A/S. As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a vital role in streamlining our data management processes and ensuring seamless communication between our Nordic teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and transferring data from Excel files to our documentation systems
  2. Reviewing and organizing data with attention to detail and precision
  3. Serving as a link between our Nordic teams and internal systems, harmonizing workflows between Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Excel or other administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a structured and precise manner
  • Fluency in Danish and English
