Job Title: Director of Product Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Innovation to spearhead the strategy and execution of new product launches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for blending deep market insights with a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate the End-to-End Commercialization Process: From initial concept to successful market launch, you will oversee the entire commercialization process, ensuring seamless product development and launch.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective product development and launch.
  • Develop Strategies for Market Introduction: You will develop strategies to effectively introduce new products into the market, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and the strategic imperatives of all internal and external partners.
  • Oversee Market Research and Analysis: You will manage market research and analysis to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Manage Timelines, Budgets, and Resources: You will oversee the efficient and effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization.
  • Identify and Capitalize on Trends and Innovations: You will continuously identify, evaluate, and capitalize on trends and innovations in the consumer goods landscape.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Product Development and Commercialization Experience: Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the consumer goods or food and beverage industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Consumer Goods Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the consumer goods market, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
  • Innovative Mindset: Innovative mindset with a passion for creating products that resonate with our clients.
