At Danfoss GmbH, we are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Job Overview

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring effective communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvements by implementing corrective actions for process issues and challenges.
  • Participate in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Support prototyping of new designs and changes to existing products.
Requirements
  • A background as a production engineer or equivalent, with experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, calibration, PFMEA, and control plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
