Oversee the Growth of Our Cost Estimation Products

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the expansion of our cost estimation solutions in the construction industry across the Nordics. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will drive strategic decision-making and shape product roadmaps to meet customer needs and business objectives.

In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of our cost estimation products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in identifying market opportunities, analyzing customer pain points, and developing actionable strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the construction industry value chain and technical groups' use of cost estimation. They will possess excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product strategy by identifying market opportunities and developing new concepts to keep our cost estimation offering ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze customer pain points and use data-driven insights to create a seamless user experience that delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers to gather feedback and ensure we continue to exceed expectations.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, aligning them with customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • A solid understanding of the construction industry value chain and technical groups' use of cost estimation.
  • The ability to transform customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
