About the Project:

The research project Boosting Dairy Side Stream Value through Hybrids (BoostDairy) aims to develop novel dairy-plant hybrid foods by valorising dairy industry side streams. This project combines expertise in food chemistry, food biotechnology, and related fields to create innovative products that meet consumer needs while reducing environmental impact.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to design and execute experiments, collect and analyse data, and present findings in scientific papers. The position involves a three-year full-time study within the framework of the regular PhD programme, including teaching and knowledge dissemination activities, writing scientific papers, and defending a PhD thesis.

Key Objectives:
