Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with leaders across the organization to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that enhance engagement and well-being across teams.

About You
You are an experienced People Partner with a proven track record in people development, coaching, and performance management. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Your Experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic HR role, ideally working with high-growth teams in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Proven track record in people development, coaching, and performance management.
- Experience implementing engagement and well-being initiatives across diverse teams.
- Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
