About the Job
In this exciting role as Enterprise Account Director, you will play a crucial part in driving growth through exceptional account management. You will identify and generate new business opportunities among existing customers in the DACH region and other European countries.
You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the entire customer experience. This will involve traveling to customers, which will occupy 15-20% of your time. You will be based in Copenhagen, at our headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop new business with existing clients in alignment with the company and sales strategy.
- Build long-term relationships with our enterprise customers being the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for customer account management matters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Support challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare reporting and forecasts, and complete administrative tasks.
