About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Facilitator to join our team at JYSK. As a key member of our Release Train, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and ensuring the successful implementation of the Framework based on SAFe.

You will work closely with multiple agile teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one agile team, leading them to achieve their goals, identifying and removing impediments blocking the team's progress.
  • Prepare and facilitate agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assisting in the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
  • Ensure team adherence to agile metrics, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Support and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding and experience in agile practices, methodologies, and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, with experience in running workshops and agile events.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a strong track record of removing impediments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and engage team members enthusiastically.
  • Decisive and result-driven, with the ability to react and adjust to changing conditions.

Estimated Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per yearAbout Us
