Agile Team Facilitator

As a Scrum Master at JYSK, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile practices and ensuring the successful implementation of the Framework based on SAFe.

You will work closely with multiple agile teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products. Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one agile team, leading them to achieve their goals, identifying and removing impediments blocking the team's progress.
  • Prepare and facilitate agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assisting in the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
  • Ensure team adherence to agile metrics, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Support and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
