">A strong track record in consulting organisations with proven experience of interfacing with and advising at exec board or senior leadership level - CTO, CIO.
">Experience in defining technology strategies for clients, with a focus on modern architectures (layered, headless, micro-services based, Big Data platforms. cloud-hosted).
">Technical management and delivery experience of globally distributed engineering teams of up to 100 people or more.
">Strong presentation, client pitching skills and Agile Delivery experience.

- Understanding of key Retail / Consumer Products business areas such as online selling (web shop, mobile app, online payments, etc.), Direct-to-Consumer & Marketplaces, Merchandising, Omnichannel logistics (home delivery, click & collect, returns, etc.), In-store (POS systems, clientelling, etc.).">
- A proven track record of delivering enterprise scale engineering transformation projects using contemporary technologies and methodologies such as Digital Customer Experience platforms, E-Commerce platforms, CMS, Search, PIM, DAM, OMS, Data technologies across streaming and batch-oriented realms, Analytics, ML and Activation tools, Java, JavaScript and CSS, Typescript for large scale website development, DevSecOps/Automation (CI/CD) for large scale delivery, Architecture and design knowledge of Headless approaches, API gateways, Microservices, iPaaS / ETL, Databases, and Big Data platforms, Cloud platform architectures (Azure, GCP, AWS), Salesforce technology such as Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Heroku, etc., Quality Engineering.">

- Understanding of key Consumer Products business areas such as Product Lifecycle management, Online marketing and selling (B2B, B2C), Content and digital asset management, Supply chain (Order Management, B2B logistics, D2C logistics, returns, etc.).">
