We are seeking a highly skilled Biopharmaceutical Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the design, construction, and operation of our new Recovery facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing. You will also have knowledge and experience related to Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) processes and validation.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the validation of CIP activities, conducting design reviews, participating in testing, and maintaining relevant documentation. Additionally, you will perform supplier inspections and collaborate with contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- CIP Validation: Develop and implement procedures to ensure the effective validation of CIP activities.
- Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews to ensure that designs meet GMP requirements and industry standards.
- Testing and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct testing and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supplier Inspections: Conduct regular supplier inspections to ensure that suppliers meet quality and regulatory requirements.
