EHS Representative

As an EHS Representative, you will be part of a team that provides expert guidance and support to ensure employee safety, health and well-being. You will work collaboratively with diverse job groups and stakeholders worldwide to develop and implement proactive initiatives based on frequent support inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical handling and laboratory settings, with 3-5 years of experience as an H&S representative. They will be proficient in agile IT setups, MS Office tools, Co-pilot, and other EHS portal systems.

You will contribute insights for proactive initiatives, participate in the development and updating of H&S policies, procedures, and systems, and collaborate with subject matter experts to address pertinent questions.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse job groups and stakeholders worldwide.

In this role, you will take ownership of your responsibilities, working collaboratively to drive tasks from planning to execution and follow-up, and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
