About the Role

As a Medical Research Development Specialist at Genmab, you will play a key role in the implementation of clinical trials within our global development strategy. You will work collaboratively with our Medical Director and Sr. level Clinical Research Scientist to provide high-quality and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or co-lead less-complex clinical trials within a program, ensuring alignment with our clinical development plan (CDP).
  • Work closely with our Medical Director and Sr. level Clinical Research Scientist to execute clinical trials, develop trial protocols, and create study-related documents.
  • Assist in the development of case report forms (eCRFs), eCRFs completion guidelines, and provide scientific support for key data management deliverables, such as database lock activities.
  • Contribute to the development of medical data review plans (MDRP), perform ongoing data review, and summarize efficacy and safety data for interpretation/analysis.
  • Participate in country/site selection, feasibility assessment, and engage in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) interactions.
  • Assist in the development of charters and coordinate internal/external committee meetings, including presentation preparation.
  • Support the development and review of study plans, serving as a liaison to project teams and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
Requirements
  • A PhD, Pharm D, MS, or equivalent degree in a related field, preferably in medical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Clinical research experience is preferred.
  • Prior oncology/hematology drug development experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work in a project-oriented matrixed team environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
