Drive financial excellence in the LEGO Retail Business

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop extensive knowledge of the LEGO Group's financial processes related to the LEGO Retail Business and build strong connections across the organization.

You will play a critical part in driving innovation and continuous improvement in financial planning processes, leveraging your exceptional finance skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, controlling, and reporting of Overhead Costs
  • Serve as a finance business partner for LEGO Retail Store Operations
  • Support commercial strategy reporting for LEGO Retail workstreams
  • Promote continuous improvements in Retail Overheads-related processes and digital solutions implementation
  • Deliver analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues with partners in the business and finance community

As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will collaborate with 15 dedicated colleagues working out of London and Billund in a fantastic environment. Our team guides the financial performance for Overhead costs across the LEGO Group.

We seek an experienced professional

  • With +3-5 years of proven experience from a global company or consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, preferably with Finance Business partner and Retail experience
  • Motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve processes, with the ability to drive tasks and priorities to a conclusion
  • Skilled in working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality work

Salary Range: 120,000 - 180,000 DKK ( approx. $17,500-$25,700 USD) per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
