About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Performance Manager to join our dynamic global team in Denmark. As a key member of our Membership & Personalisation team, you will be responsible for leading the target setting process within Membership & Personalisation and ensuring through regular financial forecasting and demand updates that we achieve our goals effectively, efficiently, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Drive Adoption: Develop and drive adoption of commercial planning, target setting, and risk management frameworks.
  2. Annual Forecasting & Target Setting: Oversee the forecasting and target setting process, supporting M&P Performance and aligning with LEGO Group's OKR and LEGO Retail's planning process.
  3. P&L Management: Manage the P&L process to drive a profitable membership program. Investigate trends, support business cases, and provide actionable insights in partnership with Finance.
  4. Deliver Forecasts and Insights: Provide high-quality commercial forecasts and predictive insights to optimize demand and performance management. Enable data-driven decision making and timely risk management in collaboration with performance, analytics, and finance teams.
  5. Communicate with Stakeholders: Present forecasts, insights, and risk analyses to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
  6. Points Liability Forecasting: Work with Membership Operations to forecast points liability and incorporate it into overall financial planning and risk management.
  7. Campaign Target Setting: Work with the CRM Hub and proposition team on target setting and new personalization initiatives.
  8. Define Excellence: Coach and mentor team members, promoting knowledge-sharing across commercial performance management teams in M&C, LEGO Retail, and Finance.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Experience: Relevant experience working in commercial performance management, finance, and/or analytics.
  2. Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel experience is a must.
  3. Structured Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong structured problem-solving & communication capabilities.
  4. Communication with Senior Collaborators: Excels at communicating with senior collaborators (written & oral); able to convey clear, concise, and actionable recommendations based on solid foundations.
  5. Leadership Experience: Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  6. Personalisation, CRM, and Loyalty Programs: Solid understanding of personalisation, CRM, and loyalty programs.
  7. Energetic and Determined: Energetic and determined, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges, achieving results, and ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  8. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Collaborative communicator with experience working across cultures and time zones to build strong, lasting relationships.
