In this role, you will work closely with GrowHub colleagues, segment stakeholders, and digital resources. Based in Hempel Headquarters in Denmark, you'll focus on designing, developing, and implementing robotic systems that push the boundaries of what's possible.

About the Role:
  • Design and Develop Robotic Systems: Lead the future by creating cutting-edge robotic systems that enhance operational efficiency and improve product quality.
  • Innovate Daily: Stay up-to-date with the latest robotics technologies and bring new ideas to life, driving continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics into our future blended products and services.
  • Drive Projects: Take ownership of robotics projects from concept to deployment, managing everything from budgets to timelines.
  • Optimize Performance: Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to achieve peak performance and safety.
  • Mentor and Lead: Share your knowledge by training junior engineers and supporting the team's growth.
About You:
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in robotics engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, ROS, CAD software, robotic simulation tools, and PLCs. Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
  • Attitude: A creative and ambitious thinker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning.
