We're on the hunt for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Service team in Copenhagen. As a key player in our digital marketing agency, you'll work closely with our team of strategists, project managers, and specialists to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue for our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to define project scopes, build project plans, and identify innovative solutions to maximize client potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying your knowledge to drive business impact.
  • Work closely with our specialist team to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to align expectations and estimate project timelines.
  • Ability to scope work, negotiate, and resolve process and project-related issues.
  • Fluent proficiency in Danish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
