Payroll Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist and/or Payroll Lead to join our team at Schibsted Danmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, developing and implementing efficient HR processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support to employees.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in payroll management and HR operations, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in Sweden, Norway, and/or Denmark. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex payroll and HR concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide End-to-End Support: Deliver exceptional support for payroll and HR queries, assist employees with payroll-related issues, and ensure they receive timely assistance.
- HR and Payroll Process Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient HR processes, identify and suggest improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Workforce Management: Assist with various workforce management tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate with other HR teams and experts to provide seamless support to employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in Sweden, Norway, and/or Denmark, experience with payroll software and systems, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing payroll and HR data. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain complex payroll and HR concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
