We are looking for an experienced Earpiece Innovation Lead to develop innovative hearing healthcare solutions that inspire and support those with hearing challenges.
In this role, you will oversee a diverse product portfolio, including custom hearing aids, earpieces, and chargers for rechargeable hearing aids.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou can look forward to a wide range of interesting tasks, including:
- Analyzing key issues and opportunities, defining strategic themes and initiatives, and working closely with various stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Quality, and Operations.
- Collaborating with the team to meet user and customer needs, ensuring decisions align with long-term strategic goals.
- Maintaining attention to detail and keeping strategic themes and epics updated, applying a strong commercial mindset and considering business models and value chains.
To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring:
- A strong background in mechanical or electronic engineering, complemented by business and marketing skills.
- Proven stakeholder and project management skills within a matrix organization.
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), particularly in roles such as Epic Owner or Business Owner.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in medical devices, IT user-based development, or hearing solutions industries.
