Are you set to elevate the Philips brand while coordinating a skilled marketing team? Demant is the global Licensee for Philips Hearing Solutions, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Director for the Philips brand.

As the Brand Director for Philips Hearing Solutions, you will be responsible for the Philips Brand marketing strategy. Collaborating with the Philips Brand Management team, you will define the Philips Brand Experience. Managing a team of three experienced marketers, you will build effective capabilities within the marketing function to ensure the Philips value proposition resonates with markets, customers, and consumers.
The Philips Brand team function as the central resource to develop and establish the Philips brand's global go-to-market strategy, so the cornerstones of this opportunity are:
- Leadership and People Management: Define goals, develop organizational structure, and manage talent through performance reviews and continuous development.
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Craft and deploy strategic marketing plans focusing on growth targets, stakeholder influence, and customer opportunities.
- Branding: Develop and align with the other Brand Directors, ensuring an appealing brand portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing organizations to ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
You will collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance the Philips brand experience and identify emerging market trends and opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team and set the standards for the Philips Brand. You will report to the Vice President, Bernafon & Philips Brand Management, and the position is based at our Head Office in Smørum, and you should expect up to approx. 20 days of travelling each year.
What are we looking for:We imagine that you bring a relevant educational background on master's level and extensive experience from strategic marketing and campaign development in an international environment. Furthermore, we would value experience with digital strategy and implementation for B2B, as well as experience with technical and complex products and value chains.
We will also look for the right candidate to possess solid leadership skills and the ability to build professional relationships and approach your stakeholders with openness and curiosity.
As a person, you are resolute and ready to take your own decisions, and you are prepared to take full ownership of your tasks. You have acquired a solid communication toolbox along the way which enables you to maneuver on all levels in the organization.
Our company language is English, therefore fluency in English is required.
