We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect - Green Energy Leader to join our team at Ørsted. As a key member of our Application Customization & Operations delivery organisation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective architecture of our QHSE, Information Management, and OT Asset applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and Oversee Architectural Discipline: You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the architectural discipline within our portfolio applications, ensuring that they align with our strategy and vision.
- Evaluate and Select Technologies: You will evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for our solutions, ensuring that they meet our performance and quality standards.
- Develop and Maintain Architectural Standards: You will develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Create and Maintain Architectural Runway and Roadmaps: You will create and maintain architectural runway and roadmaps, collaborating with vendors and aligning with our technology platform.
- Facilitate Non-Functional Requirements: You will facilitate and describe non-functional requirements for upcoming application tenders and core platforms, engaging with vendor lead architects.
- Drive Technology Implementation: You will drive the process of implementing new technology, identifying deviations from best practices, and mapping system integrations.
Requirements
- Architecture and Design Principles: You will have a solid understanding of architecture and design principles, breadth understanding of technology domains, and experience with different types of solutions.
- Vendor Management and Tender Processes: You will demonstrate excellent vendor management, application operations, and tender processes skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: You will have efficient communication skills for conveying architectural designs and decisions to team members, business stakeholders, and IT stakeholders.
- Complexity Communication: You will demonstrate the ability to communicate the complexity of technical programs.
