HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR administration team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

• Recruitment-related administrative tasks, including handling applications and assessments, coordinating interviews, and drafting employment contracts.
• Supporting the HR team with Workday, our HR people management system.
• Maintaining and optimizing our document management system, SharePoint, and ROCKWOOL Intranet.
• Providing administrative support to HR Partners, Managers, and HR Communities.
• Coordinating training activities, events, and scheduling.
• Assisting in developing presentations, templates, and guidelines.
• Participating in optimizing and digitalizing administrative processes.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar administrative position.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.
• Knowledge of employment law and collective agreements.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Danish and English.
