Strategic HR Coordinator

We are seeking a Strategic HR Coordinator to join our HR admin team covering the Nordic Region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and executing HR administrative tasks and ensuring that HR is experienced as a service-oriented and professional unit. The role involves recruitment-related administrative tasks, supporting Workday - our HR people management system, and maintaining and optimizing our document management system.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' experience in an HR administrative role, a bachelor's degree within Administration, HR, or similar, and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently. They will be proficient in speaking and writing Danish and English and have experience working in an international organization and preferably with the Nordic countries.
