Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Transformation Director to oversee our digital platforms, eCommerce, POS systems, CRM, and digital services. This role will ensure alignment between IT roadmaps and strategic business plans.
Key Responsibilities- Co-develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives focusing on commercial systems, including digital platforms, eCommerce, POS systems, CRM, and digital services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a clear and actionable roadmap for digital initiatives.
- Drive communication to engage leaders and team members through meetings, workshops, and support for various projects during critical phases.
- Manage the budget effectively, ensuring proper resource planning, vendor selection, and contract management.
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse digital team of 5-7 colleagues.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation projects and projects as a Consultant, Analyst, or Architect.
- Broad knowledge of relevant technologies and implications in the delivery of IT solutions (e-commerce, web, ERP) to deliver impactful solutions to meet business requirements.
- Delivering shared objectives in a matrix organization and global environment, including internal teams and external vendors/partners.
- Solid experience in program/project management, planning and organization skills, and ability to mentor, coach, guide, and manage people.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, Kanban, or other similar project management frameworks.
