About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Developer to join our team at Pas Normal Studios. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to final production, for cycling apparel and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of innovative and functional products that meet the brand's standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, pattern makers, suppliers, and manufacturers, to translate design concepts into feasible products.
  • Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet design specifications, testing standards, and performance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all products, conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure consistency and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative features and improvements into product designs.
  • Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure products are developed and delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the cycling apparel or performance apparel industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction techniques, and manufacturing processes specific to performance apparel.
  • Proficiency in using PLM tools, design software, and other tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
