Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to join our client's team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pharmaceutical automation systems, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of PI Data Historian, MES, and Infobatch reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track project schedule, cost, and scope for IT/Automation Work Package Owners.
  • Direct vendors and internal resources, ensuring completion of deliverables and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Project Management and Technical Coordination
  • Revises and maintains the project plan and schedule.
  • Collaborates with CSV resources to develop and implement Validation Project Plans for the systems, providing technical insight when necessary.
  • Deep technical understanding of systems in use.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Works closely with FDBD site SMEs and end users to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Reviews design documentation to facilitate project goals and requirements.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of project tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in large-scale automation projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Preferred background as a Technical Lead or Automation Engineer.
  • Familiarity with DCS systems, especially Delta V.
  • Hands-on experience with MES systems, PI systems, and Infobatch software.
  • Solid understanding of batch processes, GMP, GAMP, and the S88 standard.
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Engineering.
