Business Development Representative - A Key Role in Fintech

At Subaio ApS, we're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our high-paced fintech team. As a BDR, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our business globally, leveraging your sales skills and creativity to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in building pipeline by generating new business meetings.
  • Generate new leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the BDR team and sales team to discover new opportunities.
  • Build sales cadences and nurture customer flows.
  • Meet quarterly goals to drive maximum growth.
  • Participate in events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Experience as a BDR or in sales (not mandatory).
  • Curiosity, outgoingness, and a willingness to learn.
  • A passion for selling and speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to think creatively and follow up effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and a Scandinavian language.
