About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Server & Bartender, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, whipping up delicious cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Create innovative cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations and keep them coming back for more.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with our kitchen and bar crew to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, from setting the stage for a night out to cleaning up after the party.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including some overtime during peak periods.
