The Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our offshore teams and contributing to the success of our wind farm operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating HIRA/HAZOP and supporting the development of Risk Assessments / Method Statements;
- Monitoring compliance on safety controls agreed to reduce the risk of activities;
- Assessing contractor HSE plans, performance and compliance to Vattenfall requirements;
- Reporting and investigating incidents, ensuring close out of actions and implementing learnings;
- SUPPORTING THE BEHAVIOR-BASED SAFETY PROGRAM AND CRITICAL CONTROL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM;
