The Role
As a Strategic Recruitment Manager for GlobalConnect A/S, you will be a key player in shaping the future capabilities of our organization. Solving recruitments from A-Z and working as a true TA partner, you will ensure the processes are done with the highest quality possible and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Hiring Managers, giving your recommendations on how, why, what, where, and when to hire.
Some of your responsibilities will include managing multiple A-Z recruitments simultaneously, sourcing candidates, assessing candidates through our assessment tools, and partnering with hiring managers to determine pay bands, salary levels, and recruitment processes.
