Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately 120,000 - 180,000 DKK (Danish Krone), depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at the FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotehnologies Denmark (FDBD) site in Hillerød. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent for our exciting growth journey.

  • You will manage the full cycle recruiting process from intake meeting to offer stage.
  • Support and alignment on workforce planning and needs in your business lines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment plans.
  • Create and post job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and company culture.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing.
  • SOURCE candidates through various channels, including online platforms and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and activities to attract top talent.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in-house recruitment within Pharma or Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced search methodologies.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networks.
